"REIA 2002" contains many interactive charts.  The same chart can show different information.  For example; select "2 vs. 3" to see "Interest Payment" vs. "Principal Payment" (see above).    Select "1 vs. 5" to see "Total Payment" vs. "Total Equity". (see below).

PROPERTY INFORMATION WORKSHEET

This is probably the most important worksheet.   It combines "initial investment" information, "depreciation", "loans", "income", and "expenses" from all units.   Picture shown is from the "BASIC" version.   

This worksheet also contains many "interactive" functions that the picture do not show.   For example;  you can change the background color from from "gray" to "white", "black", or "navy".   The "income" and "expenses" can be shown as;  "dollar amount", "percentage", "per unit", "per sqft', etc...
